Personal Training Services
What are Kink fitness goals? Have more strength and endurance during play, recover from injury, wear specific sized clothing, increase stability, but ultimately, feel comfortable in your own skin. While I am kink-friendly, by no means is this a kink-focused service. I aim to positively support you to achieve your kink fitness goals while maintaining a happy, well-balanced lifestyle.
Both D/s types can benefit from purposeful exercises done daily. My online sessions enhance one’s body towards Service. We work on endurance, flexibility, and strength, all in the name of kink.
My body knowledge comes from over a twenty year background of both fitness & wellness. Current licenses & certifications include Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor, State Massage Therapist, & Nutrition Coach.
i love leading the following fitness classes: indoor cycling, TRX suspension, functional strength, core strengthing.
My kink experiences include being The Alpha Academy’s fitness coach and Society of Janus officer 2015-2023, as well as having an ever-evolving list of favorite kinks: Impact play, Bondage/Predicament situations, Electro play, M/s relationships, Latex fetish, Corsetry, and most of all, Acts of Service.
